Hi, I am Brandy Von Holten, and I am on a journey to improve my health in every aspect. I want the second half of my life to be even better than the first half. 

  • Ice Water Baths for 3-6 minutes under 58 degrees
  • Eating whole foods and intermittent fasting with a daily ketone drink
  • Milling my own flour when I have carbs (I have the MTHFR gene)
  • Focus on holistic health and raise our own beef and poultry 
  • Daily focus on a positive mindset, organization, and physical health using my daily planner and my workout log book
  • I am ever-evolving and learning as I decipher through the lies and misconceptions about food, nutrition, and health
  • I am 45, but my biological age is 42 after medical testing. This is a direct result of my daily actions to be healthier
