1776 Challenge

Jul 01, 2025

This month, I'm doing the 1776 Challenge for the month of July—and it’s become my personal reboot challenge.

With the year half over, it’s the perfect time to take inventory of where I’m headed and reestablish momentum. The 1776 Challenge is a powerful blend of physical, mental, and lifestyle challenges designed to help me refocus and recharge.

Here’s what it looks like:
1,776 push-ups throughout the month—57 a day, with a final push on day 31.
17 clean meals made up of only protein, fat, and veggies.
76 miles for the month or 76 minutes of exercise per week.
76 oz of water daily.
6 small improvements per week—like decluttering, adding a supplement, or swapping soda for lemon water.
1 written positive each day to reset the mind and spirit.
And if you’re into it, 7 servings of ketones during the month for an extra boost.

It’s not about perfection. It’s about intentional action and putting your health and mindset first for 31 days. I’m using it as my check-in point.

Am I living aligned with what matters most?

Am I moving my body, fueling it well, and actively improving?

This isn’t a trendy detox or a crash plan.

It’s a foundation reset, something I can carry into the rest of the year with strength and clarity. And yeah, it’s a little tough... but that’s the point. After all, it’s called the 1776 Challenge. 🇺🇸
